When you submit our eligibility application form, we collect:

- Contact name
- Business email address
- Trade / industry category
- Province or region
We may also collect standard web analytics data such as browser type, referring URLs, and pages visited through anonymized tools.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide exclusively to:
- Review your eligibility for our RFP partnership program
- Contact you with relevant municipal RFP opportunities in your region and trade
- Communicate the terms of any proposed partnership agreement
We do not use your information for unsolicited marketing unrelated to government contract opportunities.
3. We Do Not Sell Your Data
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your information is used solely for the purpose of evaluating your partnership eligibility and sourcing relevant opportunities.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your information is stored securely on Canadian or US-based servers with industry-standard encryption. We retain application data for up to 24 months, after which it is deleted unless an active partnership agreement is in place.

- Request deletion of your data at any time

7. Subscription, Cancellation, and Exclusivity Policy
TenderPartner provides strict region and industry exclusivity to protect our partners. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following terms:
- Exclusivity Lock: Maintaining an active subscription guarantees that TenderPartner will not support or write bids for any of your competitors in the same trade and municipal region.
- Cancellation Policy: Upon full cancellation of your subscription, your exclusive slot is immediately released and made available to other contractors.
- Pause Plan ($49/month): To retain your exclusive slot and configured portals during off-seasons (without active proposal writing), you can opt for our low-cost Pause Plan.
- Re-activation Fee: While initial onboarding is free, accounts that are fully cancelled and subsequently re-activated later are subject to a $299 account setup and database re-configuration fee.
